The RCN’s knowledge and innovation action plan will make it easier for nursing staff to use knowledge in practice and policy making and for nursing staff to feel confident and able to use research and innovation to enhance care.
The Knowledge and Innovation action plan sets out the ways in which the RCN will use, build, assure and share knowledge over the next five years.
