Closing the Gap in Patient Safety
This programme by the Health Foundation is offering £4 million to support up to nine project teams to implement and evaluate tested, evidence-based patient safety interventions at scale. They are looking for a wide range of projects and welcome applications from primary, secondary or tertiary care, or health and social care. Projects must demonstrate an impact on an identified patient safety hazard or problem. However, they do not have to be focused on direct care provision.
