This programme is now awarding up to £350,000 per project with effect from competition 19, launched on 2 July 2012. RfPB funds regionally-derived applied research projects in health services and social care. The programme aims to realise, through research evidence, the potential for improving, expanding and strengthening the way that healthcare is delivered for patients, the public and the NHS.
