Research to develop and test a self-administered questionnaire to get meaningful feedback from children and young people on their health care experiences. 2 paediatric outpatient questionnaires, 1 for use by parents/carers of young children and the other for use by older children and adolescents, were rolled out to 14 acute trusts. Level of response and areas of care that received the most positive and most negative feedback are discussed. 13 references.
